Tonal uses advanced electromagnetic resistance technology to provide up to 200 pounds of digital weight. Unlike traditional plates, this system can adjust resistance in real-time to match your strength profile and optimize every rep.
What are the space requirements for installation?
We recommend a dedicated space of 7 feet by 7 feet to allow for a full range of motion. Tonal must be installed on a compatible wall (typically wood or metal studs) by our professional installation team.
Do I need a membership to use Tonal?
A monthly membership provides full access to our library of thousands of coach-led workouts, personalized AI strength assessments, progress tracking, and dynamic weight features like Spotter Mode and Eccentric Mode.
What is the shipping and installation timeline?
Standard delivery and professional installation typically occur within 2 to 4 weeks of your order date, depending on your location and appointment availability.
What is your return policy?
We offer a 30-day home trial. If you are not satisfied with your Tonal experience, you can return it within 30 days of installation for a full refund, minus any applicable shipping or restocking fees.
Does Tonal come with a warranty?
Yes, every new Tonal comes with a three-year limited warranty covering the trainer, including the screen and internal components, and a one-year warranty for the Smart Accessories.
