  Contact our dedicated Tonal Support team within 30 days of installation to start your return authorization process.

  Professional Deinstallation

  Schedule a time for our certified technicians to visit your home, safely power down the unit, and remove it from your wall.

  Pack and Prepare

  Ensure all smart accessories, including the bar, handles, and rope, are gathered and ready for pickup alongside the trainer.

• 4.
  Refund Processing

  Once the equipment is received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be issued to the original payment method within 7-10 business days.
